Concluimos una temporada llena de emociones que trajo consigo ese estudio personal y reflexión sobre que sentir y como las manejamos.

Por ello este sexto desafío dará rienda suelta a que fluyan todas y cada una de ellas, porque al final conforman un equipo que positivo o negativo crean un equilibrio mental, ya saben que la alegría trata de controlar todo pero a veces la tristeza o el enojó se asoman y es permitido sentirlas también.

Pero lo que si, es lo bonito de poder ser alguien que siente mucho y vive sus días intensamente.

We conclude a season full of emotions that brought with it that personal study and reflection on what to feel and how we handle it.
