Greetings everyone,
Imagine a world where joy spills freely from our lips, where tears flow openly without judgment, and where anger is expressed constructively. This is the world of free emotions.

Emotions are an intensive part of the human experience. They color our perception, shape our interactions, and fuel our creativity. Yet, so often, we find ourselves suppressing them, fearing judgment or social disapproval. Let's explore what it means to feel freely and how it can enrich our lives.

If an emotion had control in the central headquarters of my mind, what emotion would it be and why?

Joy is the central emotion in my mind's headquarters. It portray a positive outlook and a general sense of well-being. It's has been proven that people who tend towards joy are often motivated by seeking out pleasurable experiences and savoring the good times.
Here are some potential reasons why joy is the forefront of my emotional landscape:

  • Resilience:
    Joyful people tend to be more resilient in the face of challenges. They can bounce back from setbacks more easily and maintain a positive outlook.

  • Social connection:
    Joy is often a shared emotion. Experiencing joy with others can strengthen social bonds and create a sense of belonging.

  • Motivation: Joy can be a powerful motivator. People who experience joy are more likely to set goals, take action, and persevere in the face of obstacles.

Do you think that as you grow up you feel less joy?

Yes, it is possible, I experience less joy as i grow older. A lot of things get in our way as we grow Old, shattering our plans and making us feel sad. However, it is but no more to feel this way. Such is the pathways of life. We experience failure as well as success but it is but certain we cannot have all at the same time.

Research suggests a U-shaped curve for happiness levels across the lifespan, with a dip in midlife.
This could be due to a shift in focus from the anticipation of future joys to appreciating the present moment.

However, developing coping mechanisms, practicing gratitude, and nurturing social connections can help cultivate joy throughout life.

Right now, what are my feeling? What is the emotion that prevails in me?

As of the time of writing this article, the feeling going through my mind Is Joy, as I am currently on holiday days and having the best time of my life. I get a chance to meet old time friends, And visit my parents and grandparents.

However, despite the good times, there is a little bit of sadness in me as the major project I was able to launch this summer isn't going smooth due to crypto market fluctuation. That pains my heart a little bit but it's all right. I will bounce back and have it all. For now I focus on the joyous Moments and enjoy my holiday.

Have I ever repressed my emotions?

Of course, yes. I think I might be repressing my emotions At some point, couple to the fact that I find myself putting a lot of things under control, there are things that will usually have angered me in the past, but then I just find a way to find a positive side of everything and not react on reflex.

So much so that I can't explain myself anymore. But then I think it's for the better because not everything requires action and some things can be resolved with peaceful resolution rather than conflicts.

Expressing emotions is a vital part of mental and emotional well-being. It allows us to understand our feelings, build strong relationships, and cope with challenges. While some emotions may be more prominent than others, all emotions play a role in a healthy emotional landscape.

They are moment in life where joy seems difficult. A moment of sorrow, sadness, disappointment, and even frustration. All this contribute to negative emotion. In this case, it's very hard to express happiness.

Admiro mucho a las personas que como yo han elegido y piensan que quien deben gobernar su mente es la alegría, porque efectivamente, es está emoción los que nos puede llegar a brindar las herramientas necesarias para tener felicidad, y sentirnos en paz con nosostros y con los demás.
