Steemit Engagement Challenge S18 W5 | Controlling anger
Hello all steemian friends
This is my participation in :- contest Steemit Engagement Challenge S18 W5 | Controlling anger hosted by @cotina in Comunidad Latina
Making a fake angry face for the contest cannot bring the expression of a real angry face. And maybe in my case I look like a complete fool but still I am trying my best to follow your instructions and showing a selfie of mine.
No, I don't get angry easily, rather I don't get angry in any situation unless the situation is out of my control.
Actually I worked for a long time in a department where I had to deal with the public and employees on a daily basis, and gradually I came to know the characteristics and weaknesses of human nature.
Generally I always try to keep my nature balanced,
And do not express anger on any small or big thing and try to get out of that problem or that difficult time. I don't get angry at all unless I see some big mistake or harmful intention of the other person.
And to be honest, I don't even let such situations come that can make me lose my temper. Because by losing temper, a person's frustrations only increase, he doesn't gain anything.
I just feel that this is the last reason that makes me angry, or it could be that I am trying to reason with a person for a long time for his unreasonable demand and not being satisfied with any of my assurances or explanations, he keeps on saying his own thing, and is completely denying my point, and is not listening to me carefully and is showing his anger or rage.
Then it can force me to get angry in a very effective way to treat his mind psychologically.
And on such occasions, my anger affects many other people as well, who know that I don't get angry easily.
Yes, I am sure that by getting angry, a person is harming both himself and the other person, it creates a lot of negative energy for a person. By getting angry, a person either looks for opportunities for revenge or repents, both of which become a burden on the conscience of a person, and as a result, a person who gets angry a lot becomes anxious and goes into depression.
People who get angry on small things are the ones who are facing some personal family dispute or financial problems and by getting angry a lot, they move towards more failures in life, because their mind starts thinking more about disappointments than successes.

my friend,
thanks for reading and commenting on my post.
I wish you success .
It's great to be mind controlling and peaceful, but being ignored when talking to someone, when you are trying to bring your own ideas but they makes it look worth this can make someone get really angry no doubt. It's so great that you don't get angry easily it's really good sir.
Thank you my friend, @jewel005 undoubtedly controlling yourself while talking to someone is an art. But to do this you need to control your mind.
