Traveling Dairy Game|| 14-12-2024|| Returning to Dhaka from Brahmanbaria after the holiday.
I'm @akbarmia, from #bangladesh.
Today is the last day of my vacation. I woke up at 9 am. Then I brushed my teeth and had breakfast. Then I chatted with the family for some time. I have a little girl named Nijhum, I roamed around the house with her for a while. If I leave after the holiday today, I will meet my daughter again after a long time, and she will miss her a lot. I played with him for a while with toys. It was almost noon. Then I went to take a bath around 1 pm because I have to go back to Dhaka today, so I can't delay.
Had a bath and had lunch with the whole family. I will miss them at the dinner table for a long time due to not being at home. Anyway, I packed my clothes and got my bag ready. Even if you don't want to leave your loved ones, reality will force you to do so. The time is 2:30 PM. I got dressed and got ready to go. After getting ready, I spent some time with my daughter and captured the memories on my mobile camera. Then I said goodbye to everyone and left for Dhaka.
From our village house first, we have to go to Brahmanbaria railway station. Which is a distance of about 25 km, so first, I travelled three km in an auto-rickshaw. Then I boarded a CNG and left for Brahmanbaria. The rural winding roads look very beautiful. We spent our childhood and teenage life in the rural environment of this crooked road. So I missed those times a lot while coming through the road. However, after a journey of about an hour, I finally reached Brahmanbaria.
On reaching Brahmanbaria, I first met my friend Pranab. Pranab is a good friend of mine, we grew up together since childhood. Talked to him for a while and inquired about the family. Then went to a tea shop, we both had tea from there. I had to say goodbye to him because I also had less time. You have to catch a train to go to Dhaka. So I said goodbye to my friend Pranab and took a rickshaw to Brahmanbaria railway station.
My train schedule was at 5 PM, I reached the railway station at 4:40 PM. I had booked tickets online before so there was no para. But on reaching the station, I came to know that the train would be late today. Which is a disturbing incident in Bangladesh that always happens. I had nothing to do as a passenger then. So I wandered back to the station and passed the time. Then I went to a tea shop to spend my free time and had a cup of cow's milk tea from there. Finally, the Mahanagar Express train reached Brahmanbaria railway station almost an hour late.
By the time the train reached the station, it was almost dusk. Anyway, I boarded the train and sat in my seat. Then the train started for Dhaka. But where it takes only two hours to reach Dhaka, here today the train reached Dhaka in two and a half hours. Because delaying by one hour has delayed the train signal to reach Dhaka. Then I took some CNG to go home from Kamalapur railway station but I got delayed there today due to a traffic jam. Today's journey was a bit of a boring journey; after all, it took me seven hours instead of a four-hour journey.
Due to the extra time taken, I was very tired from the journey today. So I came home first, freshened up, and then went to a restaurant for dinner. It's wintertime here, so hot roasted khichuri and eggplant bharta taste delicious. I had fried khichuri with eggplant filling for dinner. Then I came home. I was very tired due to the journey today so I fell asleep around 11 pm without delaying home.
Today was a bad day for me because firstly, I had to come to Dhaka to say goodbye to my family, and secondly, the train delay and the traffic jam in Dhaka city took extra time to reach. As a result, I was very bored and tired.
