Today I woke up at 7:10 AM I first brushed my teeth. Then I washed my hands and freshened up and went to my room to get dressed and get ready because I like to exercise some time every morning to keep my body healthy. As a breakfast before I start exercising helps to keep.

Soaked chickpeas at night, two bananas and raisin dates are all mixed together as these foods are highly nutritious proteins that meet the extra hard and nutrient needs I have during my workouts. After eating the food, I exercised for about an hour, after exercising, I came home, went to my room, sat to read, and after studying, went to our vegetable farm. Spent quite some time because.

Planted some cabbage seedlings in the vegetable farm there I gave some water and tended and cleaned the weeds then came home took a bath and had lunch I had white rice and a fried egg for lunch then rested for some time 4:12 PM per minute After waking up, I washed my hands and freshened up and went to the mosque to perform Asr prayer and after finishing the prayer.

I took a photograph of myself. I went to the field to enjoy the afternoon moments. Jama feels good and spends some afternoon in the green nature. I like it very much.I saw some white ducks walking in the field. These ducks look very beautiful.

I then took a photograph of those ducks and then looked around our crop fields. I spent quite some time there. And I noticed that the sky looks more interesting in the afternoon because the white clouds in the blue sky are really beautiful to see.

I now took several photographs of the beauty of the sky and sat there absorbing the moments throughout the afternoon. At that time I saw that the sun is still a little while away and the sky is looking more attractive at this moment. Because the sky looked red at the moment of sunset. I then took several photographs and came straight back to my house.

When I came home, I washed my hands and freshened up. I went to my room and turned on my laptop. I watched a movie on YouTube. After watching the movie, I had dinner.
