Discovering Lavarone: The Rebirth of the Vaia Dragon in Trentino Alto Adige
Hello friends, how are you?? I hope everything is going well. I woke up this morning with the desire to share the place I visited yesterday, and to my great surprise, I found a completely revamped Steemit in terms of graphics. We are on the right track!!! I went to this place because I wanted to see the latest work of the artist Marco Martalar. For those who follow me, I have often talked about him, an artist who creates his works by salvaging wood from the Vaia storm, a terrible storm that hit these areas a few years ago. It was here that he had built the Vaia dragon, which I had already shared in my posts. Upon arriving, I took a stroll around the village, noting the beauty of the place, which is very well maintained. Then I headed towards the path where the dragon is located, seeing people already taking photos and videos to capture this beautiful work of art. Naturally, I also encountered a group of cows; in fact, cow farming is very common here, both for meat but especially for milk, which must be very good because the grass here is excellent. After the walk, I refreshed myself at the various fountains I encountered along the way, where the water was practically freezing. Finally, I was also able to admire the Lake of Lavarone, a lake not very large but which has recently become a highly regarded tourist destination. That's why I didn't go down to the lake; it would have been too crowded for my taste!
As I was saying, yesterday I visited a beautiful place called Lavarone, located in Trentino Alto Adige. I had already been to this place several months ago because it's a nice spot to find some cool air, although to feel truly comfortable you need to go up to a higher altitude.
However, some bad person destroyed it by setting it on fire some time ago, but the artist did not lose heart and rebuilt it, albeit in a different version.
My greatest discovery was that along the path, there are other art pieces by different artists, very cute and very original, I must say.
I hope the photos were interesting, and I hope to see you in my next post!! See you soon!!
