Is your president or prime leader living up to expectations ? Talk to us about it

We're really passing through a lot in this current regime in my Country Nigeria presided by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. My Country Nigeria was thrown into a state of Turmoil when we learnt that he won the Election.

The full suffering started when he was sworn into power and since then prices of things keeps going up and up while people still earn the same amount of money they earn. Insecurity, Kidnapping and so many other things has been our present reality in Nigeria. We're really suffering.

Have you ever taken part in any protest in your country? Explain the scenario?

Protest is a public display of disapproval against a person, Government, organization, or policy. It can take many forms, like marches, rallies, strike action e.t.c. During protest, Group of people gather together and most times with placards in which certain statements like

• End bad Governance
• We're suffering
• We can't afford to buy food

Will be written on it. This protest are usually driven by economic hardship, political grievances, and social injustices. I have never participated in protest before because of the numerous aftermath. During the 2020 #EndSARS protest organized by people against police brutality and extortion by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) to get the Government attention on how they felt about the SARS brutality so many youths were killed, also during the protest which started from the 1st of August 2024 against constant increase in the prices of goods, Corruption, Insecurity, and poor governance lead to the arrests of some people including young children. So this and so many reasons is why I can't participate in a protest.

Are the citizens of your country enjoying the current government or not ?

Nobody is enjoying this bad Governance. Even the Celebrities which people see as very rich people are complaining too. Because of this economy meltdown, so many Nigerians are relocating abroad to find greener pastures and I don't blame them because things are quite tough.

Tell us about the economic situation of your country?

Nigeria is in a state of total Economy meltdown. Petrol that we bought at the price of #180 during Buhari regime is currently sold at #1100, foodstuffs, Cooking gas, Clothes, keeps on rising on a daily basis. Prices keeps on going up and up infact today's sales price will be different from tomorrow's own.
