Morning Street Shadows - A Shadow Hunt

in Feel Good4 years ago

Hello my dear Shadow Hunters. This week we begin Shadow Hunt 141. The catches last week were so awesome, it was pure joy to just sit back and look at them. This week will no less be as spectacular I am sure. But before I proceed, allow me to thank our very own @melinda010100 for this initiative, our talented judge and sponsor @annephilbrick, and the other generous sponsors @good-karma at @ecency, @pixresteemer, @taskmanager and #archon. Just click on the link here to know more about this great challenge.

For this hunt, I chose as subject some photos I took while jogging in the morning. And my entry for this week is this edited picture below showing a street intersection and the shadows the electrical posts and wires cast. I kind of fancied this because it appears the longer shadow is about to impale the motorcycle as it crossed the intersection.

I like jogging in this area because the streets are lined with acacia trees thus providing a shady part where I can work out even during mid to late mornings. See photos below.

There are even stretches in this jogging route that are covered with building shadows just like the one below. Ahh, it is so much cooler in the shade, don't you think so?

And that's it for this week's Shadow Hunt. Thanks for visiting. Stay safe everyone and may you all have a blessed week ahead!
