New IT Rules 2021: Partial Consent Facebook, Whatsapp, Dolachale Twitter.
Social media platforms partially agreed to the Centre's New IT Rules 2021.

Google, Facebook, WhatsApp, as well as LinkedIn, Telegram, ShareChat and Ku app complied with some of the guidelines of the new law.

These 6 platforms have already appointed Chief Compliance Officer, Nodal Contact Person and Grievance Officer one by one as per the instructions. It is learned that the list has also been sent to the center.

The main responsibility of the whole matter is in the hands of the Ministry of Information Technology.

Twitter was also reluctant to accept the new guidelines. Turning around 360 degrees, the center informed Twitter on Friday night that they are also nominating Nodal Contact Officer and Grievance Officer.

They will send the detailed report to the center later. According to the new law, the officers appointed must be Indian citizens and employees of that company.

The Twitter-center clash escalated on Friday morning when the new information technology law was not implemented.
