My efforts on adding to steem value

It's expedient that every one on steemit should know the best area he/she is good at and using such quality to add to steem value. Mine is to bring new users
I have come to the awareness that steemit has a room for all and many new users needs to be educated and I know that #steemschools is educating and #steemvalue is helping people be the best they be .This is why I have come to embrace these two communities.
I have so far completed my achievement3 task on the #newcomers community and I have invited over 7 of my friends to steemit and I am following them up which is not a simple task for me. Doing this alone most times takes the better part of my day. But I have joy doing it.

What I emphasis to my newly recruited steemians .

I found out that many new users come to steemit because a friend of theirs has a testimony how he is making cool cash on steemit and so they want to join.

And because they were not first educated of the responsibilities ahead, when they sign up and after achievement 1 if nothing rewarding comes out they back off after 3 weeks. Some also quite after achievement1 and 2 because they lack content to create. I was asked by a user who started a year before me ' what sustains your zeal on steemit. It wasn't difficult for me to answer him - courage
I therefore take it as a task to lay emphasis on the following to anyone I'm bringing to steemit.

be proud of yourself

be original

be unique

NEVER engage in plagiarism

I finally add that what steemit rewards is original contents because that'what adds to steem value.
