INTRODUCING: THE NEWLY CREATED COMMUNITY, STEEMIT ACHIEVERS

Finally, after about 3 years, here I am @long888 and on behalf of Steemit Achievers, I would like to re-introduce our group which I recently registered as a bona fide #steemit community. I am hoping for the support of everyone here for this community to thrive more and become successful someday just like any other community around.

Our group is actually increasing every day, but we are still not unified in one shared culture. I'm glad I had the idea to start a community and no one had shown or told me how to do it; I just tried and followed my instincts, and presto! We now have a group of our own to develop.

THE TEAM'S COMMITMENT IS TO GROW DAY BY DAY AS A COMMUNITY

A newly formed community would typically grow slowly and steadily with the aid of those who started it.

Unexpectedly, as per our experience, Steemit Achievers grew rapidly in just a short span of time, with full of love and respect for each other.

Moreover, the concept would not have been effective if there is no understanding, respect, love, and harmony which eventually lead to a very peaceful environment.

BUILT WITH LOVE AND RESPECT

Steemit Achievers as solidly built with love and respect is difficult to disintegrate as it is formed and composed of families, relatives, and close friends that will surely stay as one. The group is enriched with versatilities of dancers, singers, artists, writers, bloggers, poets, travelers, photographers, cook, meme and gif lovers, and fitness coaches and a lot more.

COMPOSED OF TALENTED INDIVIDUALS

Truly, the group is composed of talented individuals who are willing to share their works with everyone in the #steemit world. In our chat group, we could spot members talking about their lives, share their stories and past experiences.

Most of the time, we also talk about steemit techniques, answering inquiries from newbies and questions as well as doubts about the platform. Cryptocurrency information has also been dealt about but most of all, we exchange ideas and point of views regarding the things that we could learn about steemit.

WE MENTOR NEW MEMBERS

During the creation of the team, the most challenging task is mentoring. With this duty, we need to be an experienced ups and downs handler because we cannot relate to the sentiments of the members and cannot help effectively if we're just inventing a story.

This is what Steemit Achievers is all about: to share our broken experiences first, let it be heard, and tell what we've reached today in order to inspire people.

We all make mistakes but we had learned from it as we continue to learn every day. We consider those learning the best education we can gain so far in life so we wanted to share them with others too.

WE ADVISE MEMBERS TO AVOID COMPARISONS

We encourage our members to never turn their head in many author's contents as it creates competition in their minds. As a new Steemian, there’s a big possibility that some of them will compare their materials to the other authors who get big incentives. Instead of pressuring themselves to provide a high-quality content, it is our aim to see them writing from their heart without any pressure according to their informative personal experiences.

NO TO PLAGIARISM

We value every member's content as long as it is not stolen from somewhere else. We value contents with lower earnings. We support every member's development that can help #Steemit and their earnings. We provide freedom to join another community as long as the community would not harm them.

WHY RESPECTING EACH OTHER IS THE KEY TO BUILD A PROGRESSIVE TEAM?

1. We avoid pressuring the members to vote back immediately because not every individual has higher voting power and is always online. Our scheduled curation initiative is always open to members who are busy and those who are not. Steemians vote and comment together in less than 30 minutes. This project is sufficient so that members will get to know each other more and no one gets nothing.

2. Steemit Achievers has no leader, we consider everyone as frontrunners and newbies as new achievers. Everyone respects and listens to the suggestions of everybody. We build and promote solidarity or teamwork. For we believe that behind every steemian’s success is the people who support him along the way and that’s what we intend to have in our group.

3. Steemit Achievers encourages its members to use the group tag and banners to show the entire #steemit world that we are united and we can attest how progressive and productive we are as a group. 3 years ago when you may check our tag, you will find a handful contents being submitted almost every minute. In fact, it would be harder for you to find a particular content being posted 2 or 3 days ago with the influx of new posts coming in incessantly. It is also our humble way to tell the world how proud we are to be part of this amazing group. This is one thing that we should work on, now that we came back.

4. We encourage members to promote their blog links to our Facebook page under the corresponding daily thread posted by our admin. The purpose of this is to keep posts of the day and for authors to get the chance to be voted by everyone else. Although as we mentioned earlier, we don’t demand or dictate, members have full rights (freedom) to do what they think is right for the benefit of everyone in the group.

5. It is not easy to bring many people to #Steemit because there are only about 30% of them who are knowledgeable on how to earn money online. Most of them are a sceptic, with this in mind that inviting people to work online and to earn big amount is fraud maneuvering. Showing our payment proof is one of the best strategies to make them believe. - This we will make as part of our mission, to invite new members to participate in this wonderful platform. We will support and participate in #promo-steem in their campaign in carrying out #steemit promotions and increase the population of #steemit as a whole.

6. We encourage meetups to get to know each other more. Members usually in the team have known each other already, so it is very easy to establish meetups, bring people, and promote #Steemit. Soon we will share meet-ups with our Davao, Iligan, Cagayan de Oro, Dumaguete, Cebu and Bacolod members.

OUR PLANS

Steemit Achievers have lineups of initiatives that we wanted to start in the near future. We aim to help those who are in dire need especially members and their respective families.

We had supported a member who's mom is sick through our cooperation and encouragement, we were able to raise an amount which although little, we were able to share to their family and somehow alleviate the family’s adversity in this time of life’s test.

But most importantly, the prayers we offered for the fast recovery is all that even matters. Every single achiever had offered our prayers and words of encouragement to our member to let him and his mom know that the team is here to support and extend our help.

The same will also be done when other members would experience similar cases although we always pray that no one will have to go through such case. But we don't know what the future holds for all of us which is why, we the team had created this conscious effort to create our account and make this a medium to extend help, even to those who are not members of the team.
