You can post less than 100 words on a social media platform. When this kind of content takes too many rewards, it is reward abuse.

If that's is the case then it should just be banned and rejected because on a platform like Steemit where rewards are distributed in a Decentralized manner, the author don't control the amount of rewards he or she gets, so therefore if the post eventually get lots much support the shouldn't be blamed.

From the very beginning I don't support post less than 300.

It is not the user's fault if a user posts a small post and gets a lot of rewards. But this is not normal. In most cases, votes are bought.
