Hello and Happy Tuesday Everyone!

Thank you guys for stopping by and welcome to another fitness report. It’s nice to see you all back again here in this platform. And I’m sure you guys did well on your stepping today.

So, for me, as usual I did my workout this morning in the neighborhood. It was another chilly morning but as soon as I got moving I was warmed up pretty quickly.

And some house are already ready for Halloween.

Went to Ruston way this afternoon for a leisure walk and while there I stopped by at Stack 517 for a takeout bahn-mi burger. It was very delicious.
