Hello Everyone!

It’s another day again. Thanks for stopping by and welcome to my fitness report.

So, today I did my workout this morning in the neighborhood. And everyday it’s getting colder and colder and pretty soon winter will be here. Need to start layering to keep warm and dry.

Some of the houses that i saw and passed by g HFF ad these decorations on their yard for Halloween. Kinda spooky, well, it’s a spooky time.

I did my leisure walk this afternoon in the trail and just did a few rounds and calling it a day.
