Today I stayed at home doing my daily chores.

However, motivated to continue in this routine of exercise and movement I was walking inside the house in the yard going in circles. The yard of my grandmother's house is quite large, 28 meters wide by 35 meters deep, so here I can walk on a long stretch of land.

I was also able to enjoy the plants in the yard, ferns and a tremendous mamon tree.

What surprises me most about my daily activity day is that it surpassed yesterday by 3 times, that is a very big achievement for me since sedentary lifestyle is slowly killing me. I will say goodbye by saying that I am very happy to have found this app to improve my health. 😊🙌🙏
