Friend, the main effect when you vote is that you earn curation rewards.
Curators review the CSI on Steemworld, which helps them determine whether or not to support that user.
And finally, I will tell you to try to use the relevant tags, (they are the first 5 tags) related to your content so that it is visible. And as long as you make quality content, you have the possibility of being supported.
