Childhood is a part of a person's life that is considered the best and most joyous. It's the phase of life where we are free from the worries of the world and has no concerns at all we live a completely carefree childhood, concerned only with their own happiness.

During childhood, children engage in various activities while playing that become incredibly memorable. Capturing these moments through the camera lens is essential for us so that we can cherish them in the future. Whenever we look at these pictures, they remind us of our beautiful past.

My childhood is also very memorable and beautiful. During this time, I made many memorable moments with my friends, and I was very good at studies, which is why today my photo album has pictures of me being awarded prizes at school. Along with this, there are many more pictures from my childhood where I am playing with my friends or present at home with my siblings.

In today's blog, the picture I am going to share with you, and the story I want to tell about myself, is from my uncle's wedding. His wedding took place about 16-17 years ago, and at that time I was very young. I still remember the fun, happiness, and all the moments from that wedding, which is why I thought, why not share all this with you as well.

Since this wedding was my mother's brother's wedding, we went to our village about two weeks before the wedding day because the wedding was to be held in our village. My mother went there to help with all the wedding preparations with our relatives. The picture I shared with you is from my uncle's mehndi ceremony. In the picture, my brother and I are holding plates of mehndi.

In Pakistan, we have a tradition where the groom's family takes mehndi to the bride's house, and children and girls are given plates of mehndi to carry. These are then applied to the bride.

After that, we took the mehndi to my aunt's (bride)house, where all the relatives applied mehndi to her. After that, we had a lot of fun. All our aunts danced and performed the traditional Punjabi dance, Luddi. After completing all the mehndi rituals, we returned home. Since the next day was the wedding procession (baraat), we went to sleep.

As at wedding events where we cousins gather and enjoy ourselves, we also played a lot and had a great time at this wedding.That's why I remember this wedding so well even today.

In addition, the clothes I am wearing in this picture were made at my request to my mother. I wanted to wear pink clothes, which is why I loved this dress so much. Later, the dress became too small for me, but I kept it for a long time. Eventually, my mother gave the dress to someone else.

The next day, during the baraat event, as the wedding celebrations were about to end, my aunt's uncle had an accidental death. Because of this, some people who were eating the wedding meal left their food and went to his house.

That's it from today's blog I hope you will like it. With best wishes ❤️. Now I like to invite @neelofar , @sadaf01 and @drhira to participate in this amazing contest.

All pictures are taken by me and are exclusive to Steemit.

@hudamalik20

I have read your entire post and I really enjoyed that you shared so many beautiful weddings with us and that you told us about your cousin's marriage and that you told us about mehndi and how to prepare mehndi. It happens and at the same time we talked about the luddi in Pakistan, there is a traditional dance that is performed in all these weddings and everyone dances with it, and most of the dancing is done with henna and you. has also shared her picture with the order and you are holding mehndi in this picture. What a beautiful marriage you have shared with us.

BEST REGARDS
