RE: SEC-S18-W5: Photographs and emotions| My most loved person in the world

Oh what a beautifully heart warming story @dove11 <3

You know... in a world where so often, men are taught not to express themselves emotionally, I find it so refreshing as well as lovely to see this level of demonstrative emotion shown by a man. Really really special!

Children are often great teachers and many of us adults would be wise to take a leaf or three out of their books in life. I suppose they see things just a little more simply than we do and they are also not hindered by the stresses and obligations of life which is what allows them to speak and feel quite freely.

I was once told that my son is my guide and that he is here to help me "slow down". He is the most beautiful and incredible soul and sometimes I think, far wiser than me. He reminds me every single day of the small things which matter and I am truly blessed to be able to call him my son.

It is very obvious that you have an incredibly special bond and I hope that it stays that way forever!!!

Really so very lovely to read this post.

Thank you so much. This child is special to me as he was with us for one year when he was one because of certain technicalities. That's when we came close and our closeness increased every time we met. In the picture on top, he was crying at the airport and I was trying to stop my tears.
