SEC13 WK6: Joyful times are here!
As I walk through the streets of the city,feriz navidad songs are being played and I can't help myself but smile,yes smile! because when it's time for joyful times,it's time for friend and family, travelling,attending parties, shopping and food.
Is it important to be joyful?why?
Everyone should be joyful in all aspects of life because with joy comes health,peace ,self love and improves youthfulness
Immune system is improved when we are joyful.as others are eating so much to improve it,others are only being happy .
Why?
Love and peace..we can't love when we are angry and so we have to love in order to find joy within and outside us.
To grow in all aspects.our homes, businesses,jobs and community.In all these places we have to be joyful to go along with Ather people.no one wants a sad person around because they not only give us negative energy but they are not fun to be with hence every one will love and support a joyful person.
For peace of mind.To think and work well we have to have peace of mind for better parenting,to do good work and see things clearly.when we have peace of mind we can achieve anything and find joy in small spaces and things.
Share 3 events that made you joyful this year?
The birth of my 3rd born.Its a blessing that was added into me and she has brought me so much joy in my life.
Over coming the challenges that were meant to destroy me.thus year got me into depression that I almost lost myself.i am glad that I over came them and used them as a stepping stone to rise up.
Seeing my children healthy and happy.despite the fact that I wasn't in good condition to take care of them like I used to due to concentrating on my baby,God kept them happy and In good condition.
What are your joyful plans for the last months of the year?
The last months of the year has got my birthday, anniversary and Christmas.December is my favorite months in which I also get to see my parents after a long period of time.I love travelling and reaching my hometown takes about 10hours to reach,it's an amazing adventure.I love to say December is for me and I am for December.
