La elaboración de este cuadro donde se hace presente una fusión de influencias minimalista y cubista, la inicie en el año 2.012, partiendo desde la realización del bastidor con listones de madera y la colocación y encolado del lienzo, para luego proceder al cuadriculado del lienzo con líneas horizontales y verticales de 1 cm de separación, obteniendo así múltiples cuadros de 1 cm x 1 cm.

Inspirado en los atardeceres junto al mar, donde se despliegan en el cielo, el horizonte, y el agua, una degradación de tonos azules, que se conjugan con los rayos del sol generando una gama de los colores cálidos rojo, amarillo y naranja, dando la sensación de estar inmerso en una especie de sueño.

Con tal motivación en mi mente inicie la parte creativa en la elaboración del mismo, rellenando cada recuadro, con diferentes tonos de color azul uno a uno, buscando la armonía y de algún modo crear la sensación de estar soñando esos atardeceres.

The elaboration of this painting where a fusion of minimalist and cubist influences is present, I began in the year 2012, starting from the realization of the frame with wooden slats and the placement and gluing of the canvas, to then proceed to the gridding of the canvas with horizontal and vertical lines 1 cm apart, thus obtaining multiple 1 cm x 1 cm squares.

Inspired by the sunsets by the sea, where a degradation of blue tones unfolds in the sky, the horizon, and the water, which combine with the sun's rays generating a range of warm colors red, yellow and orange, giving the feeling of being immersed in a kind of dream.

With such motivation in my mind, I started the creative part in making it, filling in each box with different shades of blue one by one, seeking harmony and somehow creating the sensation of dreaming those sunsets.
