Today I will introduce you to a recipe that I made. Who doesn't love street food? And fried things are our favorite. It will be in the daily diet list. So today I will share a delicious food recipe with you. Let's get started.

Whatever ingredients are needed to make the recipe.

  • Beaten rice half kg
  • Four pieces medium sized onions
  • One piece medium sized garlic
  • Three green chillies
  • Amount of oil
  • Amount of salt

Preparing and cooking method

First, cut four medium sized onions into round slices with a knife. Then put these in a bowl. You can definitely see the onions which I have shared with you.

Then cut the green chilies in the middle and cut them into small pieces. And take out the cloves from the garlic and cut them into round slices and put them in the same bowl as the onion. You can see the material picture which I have shared with you.

Put a pan on the stove. Then add enough oil to the pan. When the oil gets a little hot, add the chopped onions, garlic and green chillies one by one. And mix all the ingredients well with a sleeve.

Add enough salt to make the ingredients light red. I will fry it for some more time with salt and at some point when the ingredients turn red, I will add the beaten rice. You can definitely see them in the pan.

Now I will continue to keep stirring. After stirring for 10 to 15 minutes, they will turn slightly reddish in appearance. And the beaten rice will be a little hard and mushy. When the crackers start to crackle, you will know that they are almost done.

Then close the hair and let it cool down for a while. After 10 to 12 minutes you can see that it has cooled down a lot. This is how the delicious Spraining beaten rice fried was made.

Then it should be filled in a container. You can store it for a long time. You can have it in your daily afternoon snack. Personally I find it very amusing. Especially because it feels like it's more like.
