Made a delicious delicacy 02/12/2024

Good day my fellow steemit, This was the pot of egusi soup I made yesterday for me and my two children.

Egusi 2cups=800
Red oil 150
Ugu 500
Meat Turkey 6k
Panla Fish 1k
Maggie 150

Total 8600

We ate inside yesterday night, I woke up this morning to see that the soup quantity is not much again but we can still manage to eat it once more. That's how 8600 is gone o

I'm just imagining how a full family with 6 or more children cope. 8600 to cook small pot of egusi soup something one can cook before with 4k a big pot of egusi soup.

I don't think many people are eating what they want now in this country, many are just eating to full their stomach. No more balance diet!
