Thanks for this piece of information but my problem now is how should I delegate to stream Cameroon when I don't have enough steem power?

    You sold your earnings and have been inactive for the past 6 months. Inactivity and withdrawal can’t earn SP.
    I advice you buy Steem, power up and delegate. Then become active on the blockchain.
