The Diary Game [28/07/2024] // Transfer into a New Apartment/Curation with SC04.
Steem greetings all the way from the motherland-Cameroon to all friends on the Steemit platform. It is always a privilege to share my daily routine with you all. It was indeed a hectic day for me as I slept less than 3 hours the previous night trying to pack everything in my old apartment.
If you have been following up on my previous diary routines, I mentioned the fact that I had issues with my former landlord and I consider it extortion and I had to urgently move out to a new place. He has been extorting money from me for a long time now all in the name of electricity bills and water bills from a borehole.
My day started as early as 4:00 AM when I woke up to mix our local “puff puff”. I used flour, eggs, yeast, baking powder, milk, and a pinch of salt, mixed with lukewarm water. I had to close it airtight in a container for it to rise before frying. I went back to the lounge to curate the first phase with the SC04 account as it was already at 100%.
When I was done with the first phase of curation, I went back into the kitchen and started frying the puff puff. It was so fluffy and just the required taste I wanted. We used the puff-puff to eat custard with and sometimes we eat it with fried beans.
We had an agreement with the truck driver who was to carry out things to the new apartment at 11:00 AM. We took our breakfast and I hurriedly bathed the kids. The truck driver respected the time and our family friends and some good neighbours were around to help us. The things were many and the truck driver decided to load them twice. I had to stay back till everything was carried away.
When we arrived the new apartment, I was so exhausted due to the overworked I did since the previous days. But I got no choice but to set up the beds and the essential things we needed to use urgently.

When I was done setting up the essential things, I logged in to Steemit and continued curation with the SC04 account. After the curation, I went to the kitchen and heated some food from the fridge and we ate. I heated water and we bathed and I thought of going to bed but decided to create my 4th-anniversary post on Steemit.
When I was done creating the post, I then called it a day as I went to bed. Until my next diary session guys, it is a ghost town Monday in my city🙌🙌.

It was a hectic day because of the transfer. Moving to a new apartment is stressful but thank God I had friends who helped to pack and unpacked the truck.

Thank you 🙏🏽 and hopefully this new landlady will not compromise with my bills because I have access to the electricity and water meters direct from the company. I’m in charge of paying my bills and not as in the old apartment that the landlord is the only one that has access to the meters and pay the bills himself.
What a busy day you've had, Chant! I can imagine how exhausting it must be to move, especially after getting so little sleep the night before.
I'm glad you were able to overcome the problems with your old landlord and that you found a new place for you and your family. It is important to have a home where you feel comfortable and safe!
Exactly my friend, staying where your family will be accepted to visit you without the landlord having issues. We are so comfortable in the new apartment 💃🏼
