There's is much about gender bias and discrimination in most of the country even here in my country where the women involvement in the parliament hits so low to be only 6%, that's much to look into about much women involvement in the affairs of the state. With the little involvement they have played major roles in the stability and development of the nation, it's advisable to maintain gender balance inorder to uplift communities, organisations and countries.

How can you help your community forge a gender equal world

Gender discrimination is just so overtaking the country as a whole to the point of forgetting outrageous and courageous women in the past. Starting from giving a list of the outstanding and prominent scientists of the world it's so easy to make a male list of the past scientists, the likes of Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton and Charles Darwin but very hard to give out two outstanding women whereas we have alot in the past. Firstly our mentality have to change about gender involvement and participation. We can forge gender balance in the country inorder to uplift communities and organisations by changing our mindset towards the female gender, alot have considered that thier place lies in the kitchen and bedroom which they all find so discomforting to see them in higher places and posts. Here is a scenario stating how the change in mind can help forge gender balance, if you own a car and normally get it repaired by a male mechanic for several months and suddenly you gets to a workshop to work up your vehicle and you find a female mechanic. It will automatically ring in your mind that her work won't be a perfect one therefore the pay shouldn't be considerable. So our mindset about gender equality should take a higher and positive perspective.
Secondly creating awareness and supporting them to know that thier voices count in the affairs of the state. The world should curtail the level of gender bias especially in women being in higher authorities and controlling the affairs of the state usually described as weak vessels to push the country ahead, but in them strength, wisdom, power, love, intelligence and leadership lies.

Can celebrating women international day increase visibility and equality

March 8th which is set aside to celebrate the women's international day for their economical, social, political involvement in the country for thier support to grow the country as a whole. 8th march is set aside to increase women Visibility and Equality internationally. The international day is to encourage women participation in the economic, political and social affairs of the country not seeing them as sex toys, house wives and slaves. So this day serves as a day to remember that the female gender is in right position for equal and balanced engagement.

Are the feminism fight and women's right fight the same

The feminism and women's fight is the same thing because it works up to eradicate gender bias among men and women. There are two great movements that helps fight the problem of gender discrimination while promoting gender equality and visibility.

What do you say about women in top positions like the president, parliamentarians, CEOs and COOs give possible explanation in your country

Here in my country Nigeria, women have been given less participation in high places like being the president and other major seats but with the little involvement they have so much imparted in the economy of the country. The likes of Ngozi okonjo iweala is the first African to serve as the world top officials of the world trade organisation, impacting so much while in office. Kafayat sanni being the first female fighter pilot in Nigeria, that alone encourage women participation in Nigeria.

What makes a good leader gender or merit

Leading a particular set of people of affairs needs special human attributes rather than force and human physique. So a good leader is not based on the gender rather impacts passed on to the follower. I will really want to see a woman rule our country someday and believe so much that things are going to move smoothly than this.

In conclusion, let's fight against gender bias and help support the women in the economical, social and political participation in the affairs of the country.

Thanks for going through my post 😍❤️
