The Diary Game: My First Kitchen Diary Of The Year And Other Activities||04/01/2025||

Hello Diaries, compliment of the season once again, it is another year of my kitchen activities after celebrating my new year in a ground style.i have not entered kitchen proper as I use to because of my sister's and cousins do feed me beyond my expectations and I I enjoyed the year meals. So this is my first time of cooking properly in this year 2025. So I do welcome you all to my blog as am sharing this wonderful moment with you all.

It was a wonderful day to me and the first weekend of the year 2025, so that early morning I was so excited when I wake,I packed all my dirty clothes and keep out side for washing, and i discovered that there was no water,so I went and fetch water that morning before any other thing.
By 9 O'clock in the morning,I started washing my dirty clothes and when I finished it, that morning,I went to Chi Store to buy some food stuff ingredients so as to cook soup for the weekend.
When I reached there, he man didn't have anything for soup, complaining about poor customers turned up,so i went to one small market across the road.
At the market,I bought these few items:

• Bitter Leaf
• Dry Fish
• Melon
• Water Leaf
• Palm oil
• Crayfish
• Dry Pepper
• Maggi cube

As I reached the house that morning by 11:45 am,I went straight to the kitchen and kept those bought items, took my bath because the weather was hot and I was tired walking to the market and still walk home because there was no bike on the road heading to my location.

In the Afternoon,I was call by my laptop technician that I gave my laptop to check for me because I couldn't use it to work the previous day. So when he call me to come around and pick up the laptop,I was shocked and thick surprisingly if he had finished repairing the laptop. So when I reached they,I collected the laptop by 2 O'Clock pm and tested it,it was on and I checked the issue that makes me took it for repairs,so I discovered that,he has done it,i paid him 10 Steem coins, which was # 4,400 in my local currency as Steem was # 440 naira in my local currency.

In the Evening,I was doing my weekend cooking,I started by preparing all the ingredients I bought from the market, washing it one after the other using clean water. After preparing everything, input on my cylinder and firstly boiled water for Garri. After that I put the pot for soup on the cylinder. And started cooking my bitter Leaf soup.

It was really an amazing experience, the Meal was so delicious and it didn't took me 2 hours I was through with with my cooking.
After that moment by 5 O'Clock,I went and fetch water and take my bath.
After taking my bath,I serve my self a dinner with the bitter Leaf soup and Garri.
I really enjoyed the meal, because I have been eating rice and stew for past few days because of the Christmas and New Year celebration,it just became a culture that people will be cooking rice and stew,
So I really enjoyed my meal.

After that moment,I sat outside with friends discussing about my country situation,the hardship that is going on in my country that even the government is not looking after the citizens, social amenities like Water and light became difficult for some one to get it.
After our discussion,we call it a day and I went to my room and slept.
