The Diary Game: 16/06/2021: Painful defeat

in Steem Cameroon3 years ago

Hello to all lovely steemians, you know it's always a pleasure to tell you how I spent my day. This episode is about how I spent the day of Wednesday the 16th day of the 6th month.

Dear diary,

Today was quite a great day, the day began as early as 6am when I left my bed and whispered some words to my Father. I was done and my project partner texted me begging me to come take her so we go together to drop our reports. I told her I was about taking my bath and at 9am I'll pass by her place.
So I took my necessary football items and left for school.
I met her at 9am and we headed for our supervisor's office. Unfortunately we arrived when the Oga was not around and we sat there waiting for him till 11am.

He arrived finally and did the necessary which was giving out the evaluation forms for us to go up to the "summit" to deposit them at the person in charge of internships.

(The guy who scored in his poles last match😅)

We were done and it was 12pm, I headed out of the gate with my partner to photocopy a tutorial
I was done with that and went directly to the field where we were to face the level 1 for the semi finals. As usual I arrived when only the captain and I were present so we waited for the match going on to finish and immediately it was over our players had arrived and we began warm up and drawing the line up. To cut the long story short, we conceded 2 goals in the space of 10mins of the first half and retired for the second half. As we were about hitting the pitch, @ngongha arrived and sat watching us play while listening to music. 15 mins after the second half began, substitution was made but as usual, the guy refused to go out of the pitch and I left the pitch giving room for the substitute to play.

(Me ready for the match)

I ended the match out and watched my team concede another goal making it 3-0. I didn't know whether to cry or laugh but I laughed😅. Match was over and noise as usual in the background emerged, players overheated and temperature rising😅. So I left with @ngongha and he insisted I take him pictures at the municipal lake. Which I did and while on the way home we bought sugarcane and ate of it while getting home

We arrived home and he left for the room while I had sustained a wound in my palm and knee, struggled to wash my jersey and take my bath before studying a little and finally sleeping. That's just a summary of how that day was.
Thanks for reading through, God bless you and Shalom ❤️

These supervisors are all the same, i used to wait for mine for more than three hours sometimes before he ever shows up, but as it is said the hard way is the only way. I can see how prepared you were for the match so all the goals ur team scored were not surprising. You guys did well thanks for sharing
