The Diary Game: Attending Communion Service [01/09/2024]

Happy Sunday to everyone and a blessed new week and month, today was communion service, as we all know that basically orthodox churches sets every first Sunday aside to share in communion and with that I decided to be part of it today, let's just get to it so you see how it all went about.

So I woke up by 6:23am, I said my morning prayers and did my 10 minutes meditation, infact I was more relieved than the way I was the previous day, I took my bath and then brushed my mouth. When I was done preparing to church, I called to confirm the activity going on in church, so I realised it was Sunday school then I left my house and went to church.

I got settled in church and some minutes later, the Sunday school session was over and the main service started. The choir sang their song and offering was taken followed by some intercessory prayer which lasted for over 1 hour, the presence of God was felt and I was blessed by the prayers.

After the prayer, the reverend came in and preached the gospel. He tagged it September To Remember and the text was from the book of 1samuel. After that, It was time for Communion and it was shared but I didn't take it because I am yet to be confirmed and inducted proper to the Methodist Church.

When the service came to an end, I went back home and had my breakfast before going out to charge my power bank so I could use this evening, then came back home and had my nap. The nap lasted for about 2 hours then I went out to go stay with my friend @etette who was tutoring someone on steemit, I was looking for his trouble then I took a picture with them and left him to do his thing.

When I left them, I just strolled outside my street to see how things were going on, the yard was very dull and scanty because the university students are done with their exams and most of them have gone back home leaving the environment dull and boring. I came back home around 4:15pm and I saw my brother trying to ride on my landlord's old bicycle, it was funny how he dressed like olden days farmer, I took a picture of him and went inside.

When I got back inside, I login my Steemit account and was going through different contents on steem Cameroon and then voted some posts while I still maintained a good voting power score, then I moved on to reply some people who mentioned me on their posts, this literally took the whole of my mid evening.

When I was done, my brother had prepared macaroni for dinner, I asked him to dish it and give me because he had already eaten so I needed my portion to eat because I was hungry and tired at the same time.

When I finished eating, I took my bath and then watched some videos on my phone, by 7, it was time for mining and I switched on my data and swung into mining some free airdrops before going ahead to login my Steemit account to share my diary, today I will be sleeping very early because I have tons of work to do tomorrow.
