The Diary Game: First Time In Beach/ Having My New Year Fun [03/01/2025]

Hello my friends, good day to everyone, I bring you greetings from motherland Nigeria. My friday was fun, I had the best fun of my life, I mean the fun I haven't had in decades, I think when I last had this much fun was when I was still a kid. Come with me let me take you on a little memory tour on how my day went.

Friday was the day we planned to go on a beach, I said "we" because we were about 8 people that planned to go and have the time of our lives at the beach. When I woke up, my friend chatted me up and asked if I was ready so I could come meet him, I told him I was done and then I took my bath and left.

When I went there, I met them and I was the last to arrive at the spot we were supposed to take off together. And when we left, it took us about 2 hours to reach the beach, on getting there I was super excited and then took this selfie.

Though I am always scared of water, I was dragged into it by my friends, I mean look at how mighty this water body is, I was scared by the waves and the sound of it. I had to snap this magnificent site to show you guys the beauty of God represented by this water body.

When I was done taking a cool shot of this water body, my friends came and we went quite close to where the waves rolling, though I was scared at first but I get to see I was standing against the tides firmly and we took these cool shots.

After that, I went quite inside again, how I wish I will be able to share videos here but then, I will try and use pictures to make justice to the scene here. My friends began to come inside after seeing me go inside, we took this group selfie, these girls were quite scared of the water that they had to hold on me so they won't be swept away by the waves.

The fun was much that words are just failing me to describe it, the vibe was everything, you all know I never really get to enjoy last Christmas and new year, so doing this was a whole lot for me and I never had to leave anything unturned. I even went farther into the river that others were scared for me, though I was scared but then I saw these guys doing it and I had to do it.

When it was time to eat, I just got off the water and went on to take pictures with this my friend that people do say looks like me, though I am twin but I think this guy looks more like me as well. I mean look at the resemblance friends, do you think we look alike?.

After going off the water side, I went to where our food was being served and I was served rice with french sauce, it was so tasty that till now I still give her credit for it, she deserves it, we all ate together and had much fun together while eating, jokes were being cracked and riddles were being told, I enjoyed it.

After this, I went out to go and take some cool pictures, I took my best friend Janet with me, we went to this other side of the beach where there were no much people so we began to take turns with taking each other pictures, I went in first and gave her cool shots then she did same to me.

The fun lasted that I wished the day should be a little bit more longer than this, I took my last shot before going back to go wash my legs so I could get back to the bus that brought us and within some minutes we were already on our way back home. We took off by 6pm and I was able to reach home by 8:45pm, the driver went slow because we asked him to so we could enjoy the view.

On getting back home, I pulled off my wet clothes and went in to the bathroom, washed the clothes and took my bath. After that I took the macaroni I had at home and ate it. After eating, I just made my first post on steemit then voted for people and admired the pictures and videos then went to bed and Friday was a wrap.
