I'm glad to know you that Cameroonian's all Cook ekpang, but here in Nigeria we call it ekpang nkuwang a very delicious delicacy that almost everyone loves to eat, but usually take much time to prepare such as grating, wrapping if cooking in large quantity.

    Thank you for engaging in my post ,this is one of best meals in Cameroon . Eventhough,needs time to prepare it ,in Cameroon most people prepare it occasionally.
