INGREDIENTS

  • Tomatoes
  • Ripe plantains
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green spices
  • Onion
  • Maggi
  • Carrot
  • Green beans
  • Green pepper
  • Pepper
  • Groundnut oil
  • Secrete sachette ( for meat)
  • White pepper
  • Meat
  • Water
  • Salt

PROCEDURE

  • Peel your plantains, slice (chips) and salt it a little for frying.
  • Put you pot on the fire with your Groundnut oil so it gets hot for frying.
  • When the oil is hot,you start your frying. While frying,I prepare my other spices like slice onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger, green pepper, green spices and the others while ensuring my plantains doesn't get burnt on the fire.
  • Prepare my pot to steam my meat and in the pot for meat I put pepper, onions, small salt,Maggi, small grind white pepper and small secrete sachette.
  • While frying on the other hand meat is on the fire aswell this is so because,I will have to fry my meat after the plantains.
  • After the meat is ready I separate it from it's stock and prepare the meat for frying.
  • After the plantains I get the meat, and after that am ready to dive into the cooking proper
  • All my Ingredients fixed

  • I still continue with the oil I used in frying by putting my onion for it to get dry alittle so we can get the onion scent and later on put my tomatoes.

  • The tomatoes is left to get dry alittle and not burnt
  • After that we put our stock from the meat and all the ingredients fixed already for this dish ensuring our Maggi and salt is tasteful and covered to boil alittle for at least 5minutes and is best served warm 😋.

Thanks for stopping by to read this my simple recipe hope to see you all next time.
