Steem Cameroon Report
The Steem Cameroon Team has 03 Country Representatives(@saxopedia, @njiatanga and @thegreens) and 01 MOD (@fombae). They work in collaboration and for months now, they have worked tirelessly to grow the Steem Cameroon Team that has over 150 Cameroonian Steemians.
The Steem Cameroon community account is @steem-cameroon and they have a community on Steemit known as Steem Cameroon as well as a WhatsApp Community that is open to all Cameroonian Steemians.
The team has designed a series of projects and programs as well as contests that are rapidly accelerating her growth as well as actively engaging her members with exciting and rewarding opportunities. Some of her projects and programs include;
- Cameroon Steemit Njangi
- The 100K SP Project
- Steem Cameroon Charity Project
- The SP Achievement Pledge Project (SPAPP) (To be launched this week)
- The Steemit Newbies Encouragement Project (SNEP) (To be launched next week)
- And Contests such as Best Day of the Week Contest, Cameroon Steemit Promo Contest and the Diary Game.
Besides these exciting, engaging and rewarding initiatives, the team’s Country Representatives have further organized the following initiatives that are keeping her community members busy;

- Steemit Literacy Center by @njiatanga and @yeesja
This report gives a summary of @steem-cameroon’s projects and programs as well as outline her mission and vision for Cameroonian Steemians.
Steem Cameroon Charity Project
In a bid to promote service to humanity, @steem-cameroon has agreed to start the Steem Cameroon Charity Project
The resolution came after a CR meeting that held on the 08/06/2021 after the team successfully fundraised to support two of her members, @rexiano and @metugejacy20.

The team has agreed to create an emergency fund known as the Steem Cameroon Emergency Fund so that in case of any eventuality from any Cameroonian steemian, the team can be able to support ASAP.
Cameroon Steemit Njangi
The Cameroon steemit Njangi is a steem socio-economic activity that aims at empowering Cameroonian steemians while powering up the @steem-cameroon community account. You can learn more about the Njangi here;
The njangi is comprised of 31 members who own over 71 shares. The 31 members have as target, to contribute 1K Steem each per share within a maximum period of 02 years. Meaning, they look forward to powering up the @steem-cameroon community account with 35.5K SP for the first year and 35.5k SP for the second year; making a total of 70K SP.

Every week, they contribute 1SBD per share and hand over 52SBD to one beneficiary automatically hands over 26SBD to @steem-cameroon as part of his/her share and then use the remaining 26SBD for personal use. The 26SBD that goes to @steem-cameroon is used for power-up.
So far, 04 Steemians have already benefited from the Njangi giving our community account 104SBD to be used for power-up.

The 100K SP Shares Program
The goal of this program is sell out 100 shares of 1000 Steem each to Cameroonians who are willing to invest in the 100K SP Shares Program and contribute in building the Steem Cameroon community. The Cameroon Steemit Njangi is being used as a tool for members of the 100K SP Shares Program to begin contributing their shares and the goal is for each member to contribute 1000 Steem per share before May 2023. The shareholders will receive annual rewards for their shares as well as will receive legal shares certificates which are currently being prepared by @yems.group for notarization.

71 shares have so far been given out to 31 Cameroonian Steemians. 29 more shares will be sold as the days unfold.
NB:
- Shareholders will always receive annual rewards besides receiving their regular upvotes as Cameroonian steemians for publishing content on Steemit
- The building of @steem-cameroon SP to 100K is to serve Cameroonian steemians of the Steem Cameroon community irrespective of whether they are part of the shares program or not.

Steem Cameroon Community Membership and Delegations Program
The @steem-cameroon community currently has over 900 subscribers with 96 active posters whereas the WhatsApp group has over 147 members. Of these members, over 35 have delegated over 6500SP to the community account.
Membership to @steem-cameroon community is recognized by the duration of the newbie as well as by delegation: This implies @steem-cameroon members are either newbies who haven’t made over 3 months on Steemit and Steemians older than 03 months on Steemit who have delegated to the community account.
All the members who have delegated to the community account have been labeled meanwhile we are working on labeling all the Newbies to know our exact total membership.
Contests
@steem-cameroon currently has two contests;
- Best day of the week contest
- Cameroon Steemit Promo contest
We are working on adding one more contest while these contests will be reactivated this weekend.
Other programs
Next week, we will be launching;
- Steemit Newbies Encouragement Program (SNEP)
- The SP Achievement Pledge Program (SPAPP)

@thegreens, that's a very kind and good report for the @steem-cameroon community, my good GOD, all those many subscribers to steem cameroon and just 90 active seriouse cameroonians, I'm glad that I'm part of the very active steemians... indeed the many contests organised by the cameroonian steemit team is really awesome, what can we do than to build up our community, i love everything about the write-up and report, I'm also happy that I've been one of the very third group of people to benefit from the njangi beneficiary posts..
I also think that raising an emergency charity fund will be of very big help since steem-cameroon will always be able to reach out to the needs of her steemians ASAP.. steem cameroon is doing quite a group, thank you very much for all the help you've been giving to all this while that I'm trying to raise my school fees. Lets keep steeming

I think your report should also be making mention of the accounts too that do maybe weekly power up with their earning so that it can be rewarded too as promised by the steemit team
