Simple Grilled fish recipe.
Hello friends and family members in this amazing platform.It’s another great opportunity to share with people one my favorite recipe how to make Grilled fish recipe . In Cameroon we have different kind of fresh fishes caught in the sea and sold in the Market especially cold store. This grilled fish is mostly consumed in all the regions in my country Cameroon .Most people regards it as the favorite meal .This because it contain more of protein, which the body needs.

My best fish so far mostly I loved to grill it for my family as lunch or dinner is oil fresh .This because it taste good in the mouth. Iam always happy preparing my things by my own self .This because I trust food prepared by me and not the one in the restaurant. Mostly my Grilled fish I eat it fried plantain, potato chips or with bobolo made from fermented cassava.
In the below section I will share with you people my own ingridents.I used making my grilled fish and recipe. I hope you all will find pleasure reading through my post .
The follow are the ingredients needdd for grilled fresh fish .It should be noted the quantity needed will depend on the fish you want to roast. Thefore my ingridents depends on the quantity I want to roast my grill fish .
- A mixed of green spices
- Country onions
- Onions and lics
- Yellow Pepper
- Garlic
- Groundnut oil
- Maggi and salt
- Ginger
*White pepper
Step1
Grind all your spicies in a blender make sure it blend well without loams .As for fry spicies you can grind it separately and mixed it together.
Step2
Put your spicies in the pot to boil for about 30 minutes and get dry completely.Now, add your Maggi ,salt and vegetable oil and fried .Make sure it should not be smelling raw .It’s should have a good taste of smell indicating the species to be used for Grill is ready .
Step3
Clean your fresh fish and removed dirts from the stomach.This it for it to have a good taste and don’t taste bitter. Washed it and removed from the water and place it on a colander.For the water inside the fish should drained out . Give some light cut on the fish body body, so that when roasting the spices should penetrate well
Step4
Salt your fresh fish with Maggi and salt .Depending on the way you will love it taste .I used but choaroal pot to do grilling not my oven .You can still use your gas oven if you wish . light your charcoal when it producing flame of fire .Put your roaster iron .
Step5
Place your fresh fish on it and applied your groundnutoil on both the skin of fish .Before putting it in the roaster to grill .Make sure you regulate the charcoal flame for the the fish not to burnt.
Step6
turn the fish both side and applied your species and groundnut oil .Until your grill fish is ready to be consume .Always make sure it ready right inside .
Now my grill fish is ready to be consume , I earlier mentioned roasted grilled can be eaten with many things .Such as bobolo made from cassava , fried plantain and potato chips .But I preferred to make own with fried plantain and bobolo

I love this, I never knew how to make grilled fish at home, the steps are easily understandable. But permit me to ask if it's compulsory to add white pepper to it? Will it affect the taste of it?
Thanks for reading through , it’s good to add white pepper in it .It gives a good aroma in the species . But always make sure you don’t put it much .The combination is really good , try it and won’t regret.
