After following kindly The Beggining To The End Here Are The Statistics Of The 33rd Edition Of The Afcon

After following kindly from the beggining to the end of the 33rd Edition of the Afcon also known as the CAN Organised by the Confideration of Africa Football (CAF) the tournament was hosted by Cameroon and took place from 9th of January to 6th of Fabuary 2022 with 24 terms across Africa.

Algeria were the defending champion but was eliminated in the group stage. Cameroon was the host but lost their chance to win the competition by loosing to Egypt on penalties.
Egypt fail to claim their 8th title by loosing to Senagal on sport kicks . Senegal won their first ever Continental Trophy.

24 Referee, 36 assistant referees and 8 video assistants referees were chosen from 36 African counties to officiate the tournament including female referees and female assistants referees.

A total of 52 matches were played in the competition and 100 goals scored with a statistic of 1.92 goal per game
189 yellow cards with 14 red cards was shown.
