He Bought a Whole Town (in the middle of nowhere) 🇺🇸

This was a super cool video that got recommended to me. A lot of people have a certain perception about California but it is a really big state and there are a lot of old mining towns tucked away in the mountains. I thought it was interesting the opportunity this guy was offering. For people to go there and homestead and grow that little town some. He just had a super cool outlook.
