9 BUT you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.
14 FOR as many as are LED by the SPIRIT of God, THESE ARE SONS [daughters] OF GOD.

• Choices and the hearing from God.

• There is a place of making Choices, and the place of hearing from God.
• At times If you could not discern, or hear distinctively, a choice could be permitted to be made.
• What your heart is attracted to mostly, in some cases, could be what God wanted you to do.
• This also is subjected to your level of growth in God. If you are expected to know better, in which you are expected to have grown and be able to discern between the right and wrong things, the pattern might not work for you, that is, God might not give you a direction through it:
  12 YOU HAVE BEEN BELIEVERS SO LONG now that you ought to be teaching OTHERS. Instead, you need someone to teach you again the basic things about God’s word. YOU are like BABIES who need MILK and cannot EAT SOLID FOOD. 13 For someone who lives on milk is still an infant and doesn’t know how to do what is right. 14 SOLID FOOD IS FOR THOSE WHO ARE MATURE, WHO THROUGH TRAINING HAVE THE SKILL TO RECOGNIZE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RIGHT AND WRONG" (Hebrews 5:12,14 NLT).

Curds and honey He shall eat, THAT HE MAY KNOW TO REFUSE THE EVIL AND CHOOSE THE GOOD."

• In my experience on this, If I was confused and did not know what to do, on a particular issue, I would ask God in prayer: Please I do not know what to do, but this is what seems good to me, If it was right, let it work out well as I take a step on it, however, if it was not your Will, do not allow it to succeed—stop me as I take a step on it.

• When I prayed the prayers sincerely with all my heart, I would then take a step, If I found favour as I embarked on it, It means God was in support. However, If I met opposition, It means God was not interested in the doing of it.
• Note: like I said, this also is subjected to the level of your maturity in God. If you were inexperienced on the issue of discernment, He might condone your dullness in hearing and permit the use of the pattern said here to lead you.

• Ministers.

• Whatever you wanted to do as a Minister, endeavour to get a clear direction on it, that is, strive to know God's Will on it before you take any step in doing it.
• Learn not to procrastinate, but to step out in faith after you might have done your homework; the prayers of inquiry and the hearing of Him—God.
• Do not fear nor hesitate to take a step on whatever you do believe God has instructed or nudged you to do:
  "FOR GOD HAS NOT GIVEN US A SPIRIT OF FEAR, BUT OF POWER AND OF LOVE AND OF A SOUND MIND" (2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV).

• You will not fail in Jesus' name.

• Whatever in your body that is draining your health and finances, such is cursed to wither in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
• Receive peace and total health as from now on, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
