24 NOW THERE WAS ALSO A DISPUTE AMONG THEM, AS TO WHICH OF THEM SHOULD BE CONSIDERED THE GREATEST.
25 And He said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them, and those who exercise authority over them are called ‘benefactors.’
26 But not so among you; on the contrary, HE WHO IS GREATEST AMONG YOU, LET HIM BE AS THE YOUNGER, AND HE WHO GOVERNS AS HE WHO SERVES.'
Luke 22:24-26 (NKJV)

• How to bring God's presence into your WORKPLACE.
(i) Do all, whatever you are asked to do, as onto the Lord:
5 BONDSERVANTS, BE OBEDIENT TO THOSE WHO ARE YOUR MASTERS ACCORDING TO THE FLESH, WITH FEAR AND TREMBLING, IN SINCERITY OF HEART, AS TO CHRIST; 6 NOT WITH EYE SERVICE, AS MEN-PLEASERS, BUT AS BONDSERVANTS OF CHRIST, DOING THE WILL OF GOD FROM THE HEART, 7 WITH GOODWILL DOING SERVICE, AS TO THE LORD, AND NOT TO MEN, 8 KNOWING THAT WHATEVER GOOD ANYONE DOES, HE WILL RECEIVE THE SAME FROM THE LORD, WHETHER he IS A SLAVE OR FREE" (Ephesians 6:5-8 NKJV).
(ii) Respect and honour those who had authority over you (Titus 2:9,10; 1 Peter 2:18).
(iii) Demand excellence out of yourself, from the self, in every duty or assignment you did.
(iv) Develop the work ethics that are higher than that of those in the world—the unbelievers.
(v) Walk in Love and avoid strife at all cost:
8 OWE NOTHING TO ANYONE—EXCEPT FOR YOUR OBLIGATION TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER. IF YOU LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR, YOU WILL FULFILL THE REQUIREMENTS OF GOD'S LAW. 9 For the commandments say, “You must not commit adultery. You must not murder. You must not steal. You must not covet.” These—and other such commandments—are summed up in this one commandment: “LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR AS YOURSELF.” 10 LOVE DOES NO WRONG TO OTHERS, SO LOVE FULFILLS THE REQUIREMENTS OF GOD'S LAW" (Romans 13:8,10 NLT).
(vi) Recognize and honour the gifts and callings of others:
2 THEN MAKE ME TRULY HAPPY BY AGREEING WHOLEHEARTEDLY WITH EACH OTHER, LOVING ONE ANOTHER, AND WORKING TOGETHER WITH ONE MIND AND PURPOSE. 3 DON'T BE SELFISH; DON'T TRY TO IMPRESS OTHERS. BE HUMBLE, THINKING of OTHERS AS BETTER THAN YOURSELVES. 4 Don’t LOOK OUT ONLY FOR YOUR OWN INTERESTS, BUT TAKE AN INTEREST IN OTHERS, TOO" (Philippians 2:2-4 NLT).
(vii) Develop and cultivate a fervent spirit, both for God and your work. Practice diligence in whatever you do (2 Thessalonians 3:12).
(viii) Live to give, be a blessing to others, through what you do (1 Timothy 6:17-19; Hebrews 13:16).
(ix) Be mindful of Whom you represent, Jesus Christ and God the Father. Know that, you are an extension of God's Kingdom in your work place (Matthew 5:14-16; 1 Peter 2:11,12).

• Believers are called to serve (Mark 10:44,45).
(i) Serve others people through your work—through whatever you are doing for living (Mark 10:44,45; Luke 22:26,27).
(ii) Serve through your talents as well. Until you see your work as a way of service, a way through which you bless others; You may not be blessed in it as God wanted you to be (Matthew 25:16,17).
(iii) Also serve in the house of God. No one is permitted to be idle in the Kingdom (2 Corinthians 6:1; 1 Peter 4:10). What are you doing for God, to build His Kingdom on earth?
a. You ask God to bless you with a baby, a marriage partner, a house, a car, or whatever; What have you done for Him As regards His interest—His Kingdom? (1 Samuel 1:11).
b. If God should bless you with whatever you are requesting, would you serve Him with those things?
c. If you could not serve Him with your Time when you are still single and unmarried, how would you, when you are married?
d. What you do not do now as a single person, or someone who is not all that Rich or comfortable, you surely would not when God Blesses you the more.

• Serve Him through your work or vocation.

  • Preach to others about Christ.
  • Counsel and Encourage others in your place of work, through the Word of God you know. God has put you there for that purpose: "LET EACH OF YOU LOOK OUT NOT ONLY FOR HIS OWN INTERESTS, BUT ALSO FOR THE INTERESTS OF OTHERS" (Philippians 2:4 NKJV).
  • As you serve faithfully, your needs would be met in the place of service. As you interpreted the dreams of others, your dreams would also be interpreted (Genesis chapters 40 and 41).

• You will not fail in Jesus' name.

  • Should there be any sickness in your body, receive your healing now in Jesus' name.
  • As you are made whole, the Affliction will never rise again in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
    Peace!

STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. Ask that He will write your name in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).

  • If you took the steps As highlighted above, It means you are saved—born-again. Join a Word based church in your area and Town or city, and be part of whatever they are doing there. Peace!
