STEEM ON THE GOsteemCreated with Sketch.

in THE WORLD COMMUNITY4 years ago

After many days active in steem , today i wanted to write for myself instead of telling my content writer @crypsteem to write for me , so please expect this article to be fucked up but still do read till the end to get a concept of what my mind is speaking .

I would like to speak about 3 or 4 things majorly about steem and how should have we handeled it (Everyone has a different prespective , so fuck me if you dont like it )

  1. Is steem a path to sucess for making money without having to work ?
  2. Is steem on the Right track
  3. Are we sure this is gonna work
  4. Centralized V/S Decentralized
  5. What might be the future of steem .

Lets start with the first point :

Steem as a Proof Of bran social media blockchain , Many people might have made one of the major sources of income. i remember at the early ages of steem @jerrybanfield used to do so many promotions about steem , he sucededed onboarding a lost of peoples , he was on the top 20 witnesses and yes , he did made money , so my point is is steem the same ?

No , I have seen a lot of minnow posts with good quality content , the maximum organic votes they get is like few cents or below that , only we can see good amount of reward if they have used at some bid bots (This is inevestment now ) , and many peoples from nigeria , Venezuela . So are we looking at a future with a lot of bid botting in steem ?
Currently the @steemitblog with account @steemcurator01 has doing good contesnts and thety have also given Delegated SP to may communities to actively help people to reward their content few of then are @canna-curate , @project.hope , @roadofrich- but i personally believe it is not yet enough to encourage peoples to actively participating in steem as they do in other platforms like twitter or facebook . I am brain storming a lot to make it easier for peoples to easily onboard peoples in steem and encourage them to actively participate in steemit as they are in facebook and twitter .

Secondly i want to talk about the track steem is moving forward .

Steem has seen a lot of migration of users , mostly big Stake holders and investors in HIVE . I see no reason that steem is a bad place to be and hive is better . HIVE is no better than steem. A fork is a good thing for some reason , but is ths HF as necessity ? i dont think so , i believe Any HF should bring technological advancement to chain , but this HF is only promising to be a better place yet is same as the original chain . So i think , steem is on a ok track , but to add value to steem , i think steemit team should come up with updates on SMT's , Plans to onboard more users . I think any blckchain powered by social media deserves a good rank at least in the top 20 cryptos in the world . So i will just wait for the good things to happen and i have strong faith in steem that it will happen . Keep Steeming

Are we sure this is gonna work ?
Yes this will work , but we need a very good engagement and it is happening slowly and in a pace ,

I see a lot of Peopels are talinkg about centralized and de-centralized , I see no Cencorship in steem , the ony cencorship happened when there was hostile act of takeover attempt in steemit's stake by the so called top community helpers and witnesses in the old steem and it is absolutely to try to secure your investment (Everybody does that) . Nothing in this world is a complete decentralized platform , if you believe so you are an idiot .

Steem's Future is bright and a lot of adoptations will happen , we just need to have faith , keep trying to help steem and the community in any possible way we can .

As after the HF , i have seen a lot of peoples are abandoned from the HIVE airdrop , when they try to freeze justin's stake then the old knowd ninja stake was used to secure it , i think it is the right thing to do , as an investore anyone would look for profit or secuere their funds , and an investor will do anything to do that . Nobody has right to freeze someone's fund in a airrop that should have been 1:1 to everybody like those all forks does. Since this fork was all about gaining governance power and access to power , retaliation has spoken , 0.22.8888 is a right thing to do .

As i have been speaking against it before , i changed my mind . I have missed many blocks, talked to a lot of peoples , asked a lot of questions and now i think this was a right step , i even thing now that all those hostage funds should be immedietely burned and then end to this soft fork with a stable version .

Until them i am also following the trend and supporting 0.22.8888 fork . IF you think other wise tell me why it is not right . Probably my replay will finish tonight

The community of Venezuelans who are currently active in Hive, are receiving higher rewards for their posts, this has largely motivated migration.

Let's remember that the economy of these countries is very deteriorated, and these citizens have found in these blockchain platforms a way to improve their life standards.

With these initiatives recently launched by @steemitblog, we are looking to reactivate that community that is currently passive and also bring back bloggers.

How far will hive be sustainable? What other ideas will Steemit have?
Time will tell.

that is what @steemitblog and @steemcurator01 is doing these days

Hey you gotta do what you gotta do man..."follow the money " as my father says.

Dear @steem-supporter

Thanks for sharing this link with me. I've surely read it through and I must admit, that it's a huge put-off to read sentences like:

  • so fuck me if you dont like it
  • please expect this article to be fucked up but still do read till the end

It didnt encourage me to read till the end. On the contrary - I wanted to stop reading and I would if you wouldn't invite me directly to this article. Those kind of words remind me of all hostile and angry steemit users (out of which majority moved to hive). Blah.

ps.
@jerrybanfield managed to milk Steem and invited so many others to be part of this milking. People like him didn't bring much value and I'm glad he isn't really part of this blockchain any more.

I am brain storming a lot to make it easier for peoples to easily onboard peoples in steem and encourage them to actively participate in steemit as they are in facebook and twitter

There is time to do on-boarding and time not to do it. And currently trying to keep former users still around is a priority. New users are not. That's my opinion. Especially without knowing where Steemit is heading towards.

I personally do not understand this idea, that more users = better. I disagree. We've userbase strong enough to do great things and we should focus on supporting them in the first place.

Nothing in this world is a complete decentralized platform , if you believe so you are an idiot

At least finally we agre about something :P

Cheers,
Piotr

I know the path we are on will be a bumpy one, but with dedication and hard work, eventually we will get there.

yes --- awaiting for good news

ps.
Best of luck from Project.hope and crypto.piotr :)

The only faith you should have in steem over hive is steem is backed by money and hive is backed by a few farmers and sheep.
The 'community' left and forked hive. If thats the case then the community isnt very big because the numbers of users suggests differently.
Hive is a shit copy because its a copy it also makes steem shit.
Can this all change?
100%
Do we think it will
50%

Very wise words.
