Hello everyone, hope yall have been doing good, am here yet again with another interesting and fantastic contest, the majority will like to pull up on this one, the title of this contest is TRADITIONAL DISH or food, who doesn't like food.

Surfing the internet I found out there are a lot of traditional foods, where I come from Nigeria, the most popular traditional food here is jollof rice, and there are several more like efo riro(mixed vegetables), Iyan (Pounded Yam), Àmàlà (Yam Flour), Ogbono Soup (African Mango Seed Soup), Pepper Soup, Asaro (Yam Porridge), Egusi (Melon Seed Soup), Ẹ̀bà (Cassava Meal), Beans and Dodo (Fried Plantain), Obe Ila Alasepo (Mixed Okra Soup), Moin Moin/Okpo Oka (Bean/Corn Pudding), each of these traditional foods has their procedures of making and also several people prefer one to the other.

As a use case, the most popular traditional dish here is jollof rice, but it's not my favorite, I like iyan (pounded yam) with egusi soup(melon seed soup) with several meats and kpomo (cow skin).

It would be interesting to introduce your favorite dish, why you love it, the procedure of making it, what nutrient it gives, and how much would it cost(in steem) to make your favorite dish.

It will be so interesting reading different entries and am sure I won't be the only one enjoying the fun of reading your entries.
