Hello guys, Hope everyone is fine. I’m Damith Udayanga from Sri Lanka.

This is my first post in the community. The creation of this community is the best news I heard today. 😍 🥰 First I thank my friend @randulakoralage for suggesting me as the moderator for Sri Lanka, and @rex-sumon for trusting me and give me the chance. And also, @steemcurator01 for the idea and great support.

For me, Cricket is one thing that I have never been tired of watching and following. For us, Cricket is not just a game. It’s an emotion. Part of life. And also, South Asian countries like, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal and other members of ICC like England, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, West Indies always show their interest in this beautiful game.

As a true cricket fan, I always appreciated good cricket around the world. It may be ODI, test cricket, T20, IPL, Big bash, Hongkong sixers, T10 leagues, or any other countries playing.

Sri Lankan lions always keep their landmark in the cricketing world. And it’s been loved by all around the world. My childhood We were able to lift the ODI world cup in 1996, the T20 world cup in 2014, runners-up in 2009 & 2012, and ODI runners-up in 2007 & 2011. The gratitude must be completed for the genuine players in that time, administration, and the coaching department. There were many legends who injects cricket into our blood. Mahela Jayewardene, Kumar Sangakkara, Sanath Jayasuriya, Aravinda de silva, Vaas, Mystery spinner Murali, Dilshan, Lasith Malinga, Ajantha Mendis, Mathews, Kulasekara.

And foreign players also always at the top of our hearts. They can’t be written in a single post.
