This afternoon it's just exercise to strengthen your physique

Today is the most tiring day for me, because today I have two tasks at once, namely completing construction work and exercising to strengthen the PS Putra Desa FC team. Yes, in the morning I'm not too busy with my work at home because today I will work half a day from 13:00 to 16:00 and later will continue training with the Putra Desa FC team.

After work finished at 16:00, when I was at home looking for time to rest I was a little confused about what to eat for breakfast, for example I had breakfast, of course when I was training I wasn't very strong, but my stomach was very hungry, in the end I decided to have just a little breakfast and not too much so that Soon I can practice as much as possible. After breakfast, I rushed to the Polytechnic field to practice football with my teammates.
Today the weather is not very favorable, although it is sunny but in the east I see dark clouds that bring rain, surely later or soon the weather will change and it will rain, I arrived at the field about 20 minutes ago, and I saw my friends the others haven't arrived yet. I don't know why today my friends don't really care about training.

It turned out and it turned out to be a real shame that there was no football practice today, I was a little disappointed because they invited me to practice football this afternoon. Suddenly a teammate gave me information that he had seen in the group, this afternoon many of my teammates had didn't come to practice, and the coach also had something that had to be done suddenly, so this afternoon he decided not to have practice. Then our people who were on the field decided to just practice as is, it was also fun on the field there were several other colleagues who come.
It's quite tiring too
Then our guys just played a small game with their friends in the afternoon. It was quite good that today's training was sweaty in the light rainy weather with our friends. It wasn't too hard because the weather was very cool. Our guy just played a small goal game with his friends for around 25 minutes.
Because it was soon time for nightfall, our people decided to practice at 18:00 and continue preparations to return home.
