Yes, it was a soccer ⚽⚽⚽ day for us in StayFit offline group. As the fitness coach, I had included this soccer as part of our fitness routine such that everyone takes part. There have been success stories I have been receiving as a result. I had someone told me that before we began that soccer, that she was usually afraid of breaking her legs while playing football or even that she doesn't think she can even kick the ball. She also demonstrated that gear the first day she played. But today, she is no more afraid of it. She most times becomes the woman of the match.

That is what soccer playing can do. It can instill confidence in someone and make the person stronger and what is more? It can make someone to discover that hidden talent in him or her.

For the past 2 weeks, I had missed playing soccer ⚽⚽⚽ with my group. But I am glad that they never missed any week. Mine was due to duties that called and took me out of the city. But now, I am glad that I was able to take part this past Wednesday.

As usual, we paired ourselves after our usual fitness training session. About 3 new members joined us that day and they were happy to join us even though they thought they can't be able to play.

They were women with big butts. We decided that they will play defence for us but one decided to play so that she can run around.

During the pairing, I happened to belong to team blue along with @alli001 and others. While @kidi40 formed a yellow team along with others. The game began by 8:30 am. We had someone who accompanied her friend to the fitness training but didn't join us to act as our referee. I handed over the whistle to her.

We took some pictures before the game began. We were 9 on each side and that was why we didn't play full pitch. We had our monkey goal posts arranged for us.

Team yellow was the first to kick the ball. It was a fun game with so many attempts from both teams. We played all the tactics we know but there wasn't any goal from both teams.

We had lots of free kicks, goal kicks, fair plays, Conner kicks and more.

In the end, we ended the game goalless. We couldn't help it. But then, we still decided to train our goal keeper by kicking some free kicks, Conner kicks and more to see if he is good enough to represent our fitness group for a friendly match with another fitness group that i am trying to organise.

Friendly match between Team HFC and StayFit fitness club coming soon

For sometimes now, I have been making arrangements for my fitness group to have a friendly match with another fitness group. Finally, we were able to hookup with team HFC. We spoke over the phone and agreed that we were going to have that friendly match. It is going to be on the 2nd of November 2024 and that is next week Saturday. We have to fortify our team members. That is the reason for the penalty shootout and other kicks we decided to play after that game.

The goal keeper really tried. But we will have our final training by next week before the match day live. It's going to be fun 😊 😊 😊.

Arrangements are ongoing as per the entertainment that we will have that day because we are going to play home first before we arrange to go for the return leg.

I believe it will go well. Yes, what started as a joke is turning into something huge. I will surely share the vibes! You can't wait right?

Yeah of course, playing football is a secret strategy of building confidence in oneself, when it comes to football, we the stay-fit team doesn't joke because we love to ball.

The result was we had was a result of balance football, both team were tactical and eager to win but then we ended goalless.

Concerning our friendly match against team HFC, we're training harder and we're physically ready for them, it's gonna be fun.

Nice write up coach.☺️🤗

I love your positive energy!
