This makes me laugh so hard everytime I watch it. Technically it is a music video, but technically its not. Some comedic genius on youtube decided to take the music out of the music video, and so Mick Jagger and David bowie just look like two crazy guys singing and dancing in the middle of the street, in the middle of the night, to their own crazy beat.
