Hot Wheels Ferrari 308 GTS QV

No question about it. This is the best Ferrari casting that Hot Wheels ever made…!!! At least that’s what I thought :)…

QV stand for Quattrovalvole. Means the transition from carburetor to fuel injection and the introduction of new anti-pollution laws all had a sizeable impact on the power of its predecessor 308 GTS. Well… that doesn’t really important since we just collecting the replica instead of the real one, right? Haha…

Although Hot Wheels made this model several time with many variants, I didn’t see any significant difference with any Hot Wheels Ferari 308 GTS.

3. Hot Wheels Garage Series (came up in 2011)

5. Ferrari 5 Pack (came up in 2012 with yellow base color)
   

6. Retro Entertainment Magnum PI (came up in 2013)

The one that I have came from Retro Entertainment from Magnum P.I. The Series. There’s easy to imagine why I really love this cast. Take a look at these picture.

Beautiful detailed design, black tinted window and dark red paint, rubber tire with star shaped rim, and also clear and neat decal. You can even see the GTS on the rear and Robin 1 as license plate. If I have to give credit for this cast I would say 5/5. One word for this casting. Perfecto…
