Another Update- STEEMIT API CHANGE
Hi, it's me, @rishi556 again. Another development update. Small one this time. I just want you guys to know that Steemit Inc. has posted an update about changes to their api for followers. Because @hoist relies on its following list, there might be a slight period of time where the members are hardcoded in, but I plan on spending time this weekend to fix the STEEMJS bug as well as update for the upcoming change. @hoist should run normally for the time being(with the weird vote% due to the steemjs bug exception).
One thing: I just tested the test endpoint they gave and its returning the same thing. I don't know if nothing has changed or if I'm just being really stupid, but I'll see when the change happens.
Also, a test update has been pushed out. The bot should randomly award authors SBI shares as it goes. Right now an author has 0.2% chance of getting one per vote they receive, but that also depends on the STEEM balance in the account and other factors to see if this will be kept up. Just something special for you guys to know as this project develops out some more.
