We want and need money. Life coaches try to teach us how to separate the wants from the needs, but money is different as it covers both areas by design.

It is also true that Real Estate is, for most of us, the highest investment we will ever make and, potentially, a vast reservoir of income, when used wisely.

The good news is that the world is warming up to the idea that hosting strangers in your house can increase your income nicely. The caveat is (there is always a caveat, isn't it?) that the roadmap is not so straightforward. Yes, you can make good money, but you need to know what you are doing. And this brings me to the reason for signing up to help people through Steemit.

I spent a substantial portion of my active life in the hospitality industry, managing teams in luxury hotels and serviced apartments in Central London, United Kingdom. In my last role as Operations Manager, I created the blueprint for success for one of the leading Short-term and holiday rental start-ups in London. Initially started with a handful of properties and a team of five, the company is now the second-largest in the UK with more than a thousand properties under management. My book, Safe and Profitable Short-Term and Holiday Rentals is my contribution to this new business segment and is selling well on Amazon since its publication back in 2015.
