For a lush flower you will need a multi-layer napkins of bright red, burgundy or white. Each napkin must be cut or torn off the edge, which does not unfold. After that, unfold a few napkins to turn out not a square, but a rectangle. Then fold them on top of each other and start folding the accordion.

Then in the central part, the accordion needs to be tied up with a wire, and from the top, close it with a piece of napkin, which you cut off at the very beginning. On each side you need to lift the layers of the napkin and you will get a three-dimensional flower. It can be used as a pompon or for making topiary. If you make a stalk out of a wooden stick and a leaf from a green napkin, you get a full-fledged peony.
