Hi! This beer sounds amazing and am interested in making this! I'm assuming you did all gain...do you have notes on how much strike water you used and what temp? Was it a 60 min mash? Also, why the higher mash temp? Is the 5.5 gal post boil volume or pre-boil? If post boil, how much did you collect bre-boil? Thanks!!!
