Whom does the home loan actually help ?

There has been a trend to buy houses on loan and it has slowly became necessity now. But have you ever thought who does it actually help.
It's not the buyer or user but the Builder and the Bank who actually get benefited.

At very initial stage this practice was somewhat helpful. It worked for few and then few more, and slowly the system came in place for this.

But as an impact builders took the prices to peak because the affordability has been increased from BALANCE to BALANCE + HOME LOAN.
People started giving their future earnings to Builders in advance and then later repaying it to Bank for rest of the life.

Had the home loans not been there, the price of same Apartment or House would have not been increased this much. Removing the loan section the Affordability = Balance, and the Affordability is just 20% of the actual price. And that is the right price for the house.

But now with a trend of loans the price has been moving towards BALANCE + HOME LOAN + PERSONAL LOAN + PARENTAL SAVINGS.

It's a suggestion to all of you. Do not run with the crowd, buy only if you can afford.
Ultimately your act is making a Builder richer and yourself poor.
