Ham steaks is so delicious.
Hi steemians I just cut off a little of the fat & meat from the ham, diced it, started rendering in med hot cast iron skillet.
Partially thawed asparagus & Brussel Sprouts, cut Asparagus about 2" & BS in half. Added to skillet, added S&P. Sauteed for a few minutes then placed under broiler, stirring once.
